* Our 8Mbps/384Kbps plans are theoretical network maximum speeds. Actual speeds may be less due to a number of factors including network configuration, line quality & length, exchange type, customer premises interference, traffic and equipment. About 70% of customers on the 8Mbps plans can access speeds around 6Mbps or more

Modem / Router Selection
You will require an ADSL Modem/Router to connect to the ADSL service. Your modem / router choices are.
ADSL Modem/Router 4 x ports- $99.00
Wireless/Ethernet ADSL Modem/Router 4 x port- $130.00
VoIP Wireless/Ethernet ADSL Modem/Router 4 x port- $150.00
ADSL Line Central Splitter * - $25.00
* These are required if you wish to operate more than one normal telephone handset on the same line which you will have your ADSL service activated on.
If required, you can choose for our Network Technician to visit you onsite to setup and configure your ADSL connection for you. Costing is outlined below for a standard onsite setup. Please note, this is an optional service.
Basic Installation (Modem/Router installation only, excludes any additional hardware of cabling that may be required) @ $165.00 for the first hour, and $126.50 per hour thereafter inclusive of GST.
