EMERGENCY OUTAGE FRIDAY 09 MARCH 2012
Late on Friday (09 March 20102)afternoon at approx 3:30PM our web and mail server was comprimised from an outside source. This caused an outage to all web and email services. Overnight we have rebuilt our web and mail server. During this process there was no loss of data. At present we have websites and email back up. There will be minor disruptions in the following 24 hours while we fine tune the system.
Currently the only service not functioning is the FTP service. This will be up in due course.
We apologise for any inconvienience this has caused.
Monday 12 March 2012 - 8:30AM - After a very hectic weekend we have all servers up and running. We have implemented a new web mail based system. Please log in and try it out. Please let us know if there are any issues with your mail or web sites.
Monday 12 March 2012 - 12:00PM - we are currently working on an issue that is effecting a small number of external domains hosted on our mail server. We hope to have this issue resolved as soon as possible.
